1. Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

Eligibility

Candidates who have passed: a) The Intermediate or its equivalent examination; or b) 10+2 from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) / AP Open School Society (APOSS) / TS Open School Society (TSOSS) c) The two year ITI or two year vocational course after S.S.C. or 3-Year Polytechnic Course

  • I Year Tuition fee Rs. 2700 and Lab Fee at the rate of Rs. 1600 for each Science subject as well as Psychology Subject. Practical Fee for Mathematics and statistics is Rs. 800 and computer applications Rs. 4000/-

4. Bachelor Degree in Library & Information Science (BLISc)

Eligibility

An applicant seeking admission in to the Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLISc) must be a Graduate of a recognized university. The following is the admission procedure in order of preference : a) Graduates Working in a recognized library with a minimum of one year experience in a regular or substantial post of the rank of a Record Assistant or above (Experience certificate proforma enclosed at page no. 40); b) Graduates with Diploma or Certificate in Library Science from Government recognized institutions; c) Professional graduates (Law, Pharmacy, Engineering) and d) Graduates with 50% aggregate marks and 5% relaxation will be allowed in case of SC/ST/BC/PH candidates.

5. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Eligibility

1.The candidate should be an Indian citizen. 2.Candidates should have passed with at least 50% of marks either in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./ B.Sc.(Home Science)/BBM and/or in the Masters Degree in Commerce/Social Sciences/Humanities/Sciences at the time of submitting the application for B.Ed. Entrance Test. Candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in B.E/B.Tech. With Science/ Mathematics as one of the subject or any other qualification equivalent there to, are eligible for admission to the programme. However the candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/PH should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination. 3.Candidates appearing for final year examination in Qualifying Examination (Bachelor or a Higher Degree) can also apply. But they will be required to submit the marks memo and pass certificate at the time of admission Counselling. Otherwise they are not allowed for admission. The candidate must also fulfil the above conditions along with any one of the 4 or 5 of the following. 4.Trained in-service teachers in elementary education 5.Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face-to-face mode. 6.The reservation for SC/ST/BC/PH categories shall be as per the rules inforce. 7.Candidate should have completed 21 years as on 1st July 2019. No upper age limit. Note:AspertheGOMSNo:92,the candidates who passed M.B.B.S/B.D.S/BPT/B.A.M.S./B.L/L.L.B/B.A.(Languages)/BOL etc. and other such professional courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. course

6. Bachelor of Education (Special Education)

Eligibility

1. The Candidate should be an Indian Citizen. 2. Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree(B.A./B.Sc/B.Com/B.C.A/B.Sc(HomeScience)/BBM) and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities/(relevant subjects of pedagogy) are eligible. B.E/B.Tech with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. However the candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/PH should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination. 3.Candidates appearing in Qualifying Examination (Bachelor or a Higher Degree) can also apply. But they will be required to submit the proof of having passed the qualifying Examination at the time admission. Otherwise they are not allowed for admission. 4.The reservation for SC/ST/BC/PH categories shall be as per the rules in force. 5.Candidate should have completed 19 years as on 01-07-2019. No upper age limit. However, weightage to be given to the candidates fulfilling any one of the following conditions:- (a) Parent of a child with disability. (b) Person with disability possessing Disability Certificate Issued by the Competent Authority. (c) Possession of any RCI approved diploma/degree. NOTE: (1) As per the GOMS.No:92, the candidate who passed MBBS/BDS/BPT/B.Sc.(ASLP)/ BAMS/ B.L./LL.B/B.O.L./B.A(Languages) and other such professional coursers are not eligible for admission in to B.Ed.(SE) course. (2) Care of choosing the area of specialization in your B.Ed.(SE) Programme: (a)Visual Impairment(VI) (b) Mental Retardation (MR) (c) Hearing Impairment(HI) (3) Candidate can shift their Area of Specialization i.e. VI/HI/MR at the time of Admission as per their interest and availability of the seats in left over vacancies.
